I phoned up about mine and got fobbed off but they gave in when I emailed them on their customer services email on their website:)Might be worth a go, I got refunded on all of them:oand then someof them arrived in the post. Email them and tell them you're not prepared to wait any longer;)
I'll do it now. But how did you go about the multiply orders. Did everyone just list them all and say where are the LYB cards?0 -

i had a shower this morning, it was the 1st time in 19months that i could shower my whole body and not have a plastic bootie on. it was fab. :j:jalso yesterday i was disharged from the podiratrist i was happy about that but sad in a way as well. as the girls have become close freinds. i will pop in and give them some flowers and a tin of chocs.
i have to get 2 false toes made. i am going for a fitting tomorrow, they will stick my foot in a plaster cast. i believe it wont look like "toes", but it will stop the big toe from moving over to the other toes. the new "toes" will be put on a insole/sock type thing. and i will put that on before i put my shoe on.
i can imaging the monday morning chaos.
son " i cant find my shoes"
me, " i cant find my toes":o

This is also on Q&A part of Asda APG, in fact its the very first thing written.
How are the prices checked for the ASDA Price Guarantee?
mySupermarket independently collect prices from the grocery home shopping websites of Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose on a daily basis (as well as Asda). Morrisons' prices are collected in-store (by an independent party) twice a week, therefore unlike Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose, will only be updated twice per week. Morrisons' prices are collected in stores around Great Britain each Monday and Wednesday. mysupermarket have audited the Morrisons collection process, and will only include comparisons that they are confident are accurate.
Go on ring him back, you know you want to.
I think I'll email I have my screenshots and also if the cheese does not turn up at £1 Auntie Ann (Robinson) will be getting the screen shots for the Tesco misplaces.0 -

I just listed all the order numbers (Their in your order history) On the email that you fill in on their site theirs a box for the order numbers that you're complaining about..I had to put in 8 or 9 order numbers:o:oThey responded within 24 hours and I got the refund within a few days:)Beware!!!! Thanks to this new glitch, we now have another option in our house of what to do when you're bored:
1) Wash your hair
2) Do some cleaning
3) Have a bowl of cereal/ mushy peas/ SP rice/ a flump
4) Grate some cheese
Thanks Mr T!0 -
