Thank you, we're hoping the union should be able to set things straight, his colleagues didn't even know what a union was! Hopefully they should make it a safer place for everyone concerned, not just my mister :T

hi so sorry did not mean to worry anyone both my daughters also had a reference number on the envelopes mine did not it arrived a few days before theirs so if they have a number they should be able to use the reference number.

If it helps Jamsponge I have found that in not expecting anything from a useless father, I am no longer upset by him. I spent years being angry and upset, I even confronted him but nothing changed, so I had to. I realised, he's a person who only thinks about himself so if I don't expect anything from him then I am never disappointed by him. Don't get me wrong, I'm not angry or hostile, I'll speak to him if he contacts me (Which never happens anyway!) but just concentrate my love into my 'real' family. It lifts a great weight xx

Not sure if this helps anyone still trying to get my head round apgs and alike. But huggies pure wipes are down to 85p in sainsburys so if doing a targeted shop might be worth knowing. I just got them from sainsburys as was desperate I had 8 £1 off vouchers so got 9 packs free & 20p off my shopping, I did take 8 to till but cashier said oh their only 85p your need another pack.

Well I added a note with my address on but I bet my mam just sent it off.:eek:
Does have the ref on the front so should be ok and I would guess they would put those to one side. If they have not already logged everything and wait for the follow up call as in where are my vouchers you promised ?
Just checked the email they sent my mam:o and no mention of address on it just send the vouchers back in the envelope.
Will wait and see :cool:
