Looking at this I wonder what I did wrong yesterday as my Dairy Box shop didn't work :( Ended up with a £1.08 APG and thought, ah well... but I would LOVE it if there was a good way to make these things go again...

Make it! :o Had a great first 6 miles and then knackered my knee :( The course was over a couple of miles of hilly flint tracks with big ruts... Managed to run to mile 8/9 and had to walk the rest. More than frustrating, as if the course was flat I could have gone forever... DH did very well, and I WILL do another one...

We did manage to fund a youth worker for the local village church and several underprivileged children form war stricken countries will have food and education, so it was definitely worth it.

...and I got a choccie bar in the goodie bag! :D

on a MSE note, has anyone ever gotten this from a womble? I have one receipt that won't check in the party pooper machine:

    Hello,

Sorry but we have had an error in our systems, so we cannot share your price promise results. Please try re-entering your receipt details and we will try again.
We’re committed to getting it right for you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are looking to rectify the problem.

Thank you for using Tesco Price Promise and for understanding,

    The Tesco Price Promise Team

ps. Happy Sunday (that's the post race sherry speaking! ;))

    Well done Laura.:T:T:T

Can't your local churches contact Moorlands or similar for a youth worker?

Afternoon all. Beautiful sunny day so trying to catch up with a load of washing :)
Not visited the thread since yesterday afternoon and could see the way it was going, so didn't bother staying around :(

Sorry to hear about Auntielala :(...She's obviously in the best possible place, but still a worry for the other two Lala's, so big hugs all round.

    Got my first DTD today:j
britney spears curious scanned at £40 instead of £16 so got £48 back.
    Go me:T.lol.

Sounds like the one I got last week :) Was it the 100ml gift set?.....I had about 4 assistants crowding round the CS counter when I bought it...DTD given no probs, but I'm sure they'll remember me now.
It had the * on the SEL so I was actually expecting it to scan for less than £16...not more!!!
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Our previous controllers we programmed to come on in morning and evening, I could change the time and duration no problem. This one if you want it timed has to come on and go off 3 times a day or stay on all day as this is how it was set up by installer and you can't change it. Neither are good for us as we work full time. We want to set it to come on in morning and evening and then just be able to press a button for it to come on when we need outside of that. You have to set each day separately, set the temperature for each day, and have it coming on 3 times which we don't need.

To turn the heating on say right now I have to increase the temperature on the controller and then press boost which means it comes on for an hour then goes off - hardly ideal.

Would we have to have the boiler and thermostat changed if we wanted the controller changed?

Just catching up and saw this. I have a similar problem. I changed to gas from oil and instead of a simple twice a day controller with boost button, I now have a wireless job that has to have 6 parts to a programmed day. With work that's a bit useless as all I want is morning for getting up, afternoon for coming home and boost for the evening. Now I have to tell it to maintain a stupidly low temperature for a few hours just to cover the 6 program periods. There's also no boost so I have to remember to change from manual back to auto when I go to bed. WOuld happily revert back to a normal controller but the installer is no-=where to be found these days. Wonder why *rolls eyes*.
