    I am totally not caught up, but have to post this...

    today is the charity half-marathon that DH and I are running and he said- it's cold out and I don't want to stand outside for an hour before we run. -I said we had to follow the instructions or we wouldn't get a space in the car park- and what does he say???

    We should go the 'extra mile' and park in Tesco and walk there- and we could have a 'best womble en route' competition.

    !!! (no swear words there, just exclamations) !!! :eek::eek::eek:
    :rotfl::rotfl:
    planning on eating at least one packet of the brownies that I got whoopsied yesterday after the run ;)
    Have a great Sunday! :T

    Good luck with your run and womble :)

    No need for apologies fourp. I think a lot of people will agree with you. Good luck Laura although I'm sure that you won't need it.

    The best deals are found here and I can't believe I have missed this thread for so long. I like the friendly chatter but I can't see why anyone thinks others want to see their disagreements, as they know we have to flick through them to find the good bits.
    Peeps can pm each other and COT please get a grip and start removing the posts.
    Everyone says they want a friendly thread and it can be. I'm not saying don't debate issues, but not in my time please. It's part of the reason we all have to play catch up.
    This will probably be the first one that COT removes. Lol.

    Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who contributes to this thread. Having to take a 2 week break, whilst we're on holiday in the us. Though it'll be interesting to see how they coupon over there. Hope that the thread hasn't been moved to a private facebook or similar situation when I get back, as its more interesting here than over on the other threads.
    Thank you again

    Hope you have a lovely time, we've just come back. Hoping for some useful tips I bought a book there called How To Shop For Free, Shopping Secrets For Smart Women. So far the only advice seems to be combine coupons with special offers. I think we'd figured that one out already, although the opportunities there seem to be much greater.
