quick question... I received my KS envelope yesterday to return my vouchers- did anyone who got their vouchers back put in a note?? They didn't seem to include a form or anything- I was wondering how they would trace who sent it to return the replacement vouchers?

The lady said the reference number on the front is there so they can look you up on the system.

I actually included a note, but don't worry if you've not. There is a reference number on the envelope itself.
