Noddle improve - is it any good?

Trying to desperately improve my credit rating as I'd like to get a mortgage early next year. Is it worth signing up to Noddle improve? One of the terms that I have to tick states:

"I acknowledge that if my application is successful, the Noddle Improve services will be immediately available to me, in which case I confirm that I waive any right I may have under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel the Noddle services. "

Does this sound right?

Don't understand what you are asking.

Noddle improve will be a service with helpful tips such as "pay your bills", and (if you are lucky) "pay off the most expensive debts first"

The quote you have referred to simply means that by them contacting you immediately you will have used the service, thereby meaning that a cancellation claim under the DSR will not work.

How is your deposit coming along for the mortgage? And what kind of credit issues, and how long ago?
  • Just wondering if paying Noddle £20 for a year is worth it - or should I stick with Equifax?

I have the deposit for a house but also have defaults from Dec 06! My OH coincidentally aslo has a default from Dec 2006, so I'd like to think in Jan, my credit score will be better and I will be able to apply for a mortgage. What I don't want to happen, is for my credit score to still be so bad, as I haven't been actively applying for credit in so long.
