Egg Loan nightmare

I had an egg loan back in 2007 which was included in my bankruptcy.
It was never sold to Barclaycard or any of the other normal companies. This particular Egg entry on my equifax credit file is slightly incorrect. I have recently wrote to Canda Square Operations hoping they can correct that information.
However, after looking at my Call Credit file, the egg loan entry doesnt exist. However it looks like it was sold to Prudential banking in 2011, then onto Britannica Recoveries in later 2011.
Both of which have recorded a seperate default on the file!!
I think I can sort the Britannica Recoveries out, but Prudential banking dont seem to exist anymore. The Prudential are no help what so ever.
Can anyone help?

Not every account will show with all CRAs, some will show on equifax but not on experian, hence why it's best to get all three.
On the issue of multiple defaults, I'd send the credit clean up letter to each of the companies showing the default, by recorded delivery. Give them time to respond (or enough time to satisfy the ICO if they're ignoring you) then start your formal complaint. Usually the threat of this is enough but some are a wee bit stubborn.
Good luck and let us know how you get onFeb 2024:
CC1 6537.66
CC2 7804.45
CC3 4221.17
CC4 2053.68
CC5 989.30
Loan 1 3686.44
Loan 2 5275.22
Total £30,567.920 -
