Fill in online forms with one click! (free software)

Options
Hi all,

After filling out a good handful of online forms and already getting tired of writing my details over and over (yeah I know, don't moan, you're getting stuff for free...) I decided to go looking for a piece of software I remember existed years back, which helps you fill in forms automatically. Been using it for a week now, its brilliant!

http://www.roboform.com

Sorry if its already known about but I hoped it could make just a few people's freebie-hunting experiences even sweeter!

Oh and its FREE download too - whoohooo! :j

I used this for a while, only to find when I got online one day, all my passwords etc had been wiped. Apparently you had to pay for the service after a few weeks.

I do miss it terribly mind.
  • You're right - I just noticed the website says some features are disabled after 30 days. I would assume though if you only use it for the basic form filling tasks, its not too difficult to download again and renew your information each month... still saves a lot of time in applying for the freebies.

I bene using it for a year or two now, great porgram, I love its ability to store an retrieve passwords/usernames. I also use they password generator to do complex passwords as I wouldnt be able to remember them, its bad enough remembering easy ones

Is there any way to auto fill in forms being written in Flash?

For example the free sample form on the page: http://www.dunhillfragrances.com/

Roboform doesnt seem to do flash forms, it basically looks for tags for field names and associates your info to those fields. If the site is designed in a way that the standard fields are not easily identified it can't locate them. I haven't really come across flash forms many like this though, they're a minority.

Ditto we've been using Roboform for 3 years plus now - the freebie version just limits you to 10 passwords.

Hi katesays - thanks very much. Have just installed it but it's not letting me access the autofill button. Any ideas?
    Thanks.
