Boden Returns even if items have been worn

Hello!
Has anyone done this with Boden? Their terms and conditions now state you can return things for a credit note up to a year after you bought them.
I have a dress that has gone 'bobbly' after only 2 washes and 2 dresses which are just weird shapes and never suited me and I don't know why I kept them in the first place! I want to send all 3 back, but I'm a bit worried about doing it as it seems too good to be true. I'm interested to hear if anyone has experience of this. thanks!

No experience of this particular thing but I once had a replacement on a pair of trousers. They weren't worn, just ruined because our postman decided (in his wisdom) to hurl the package over the side gate where they landed in a big puddle! Boden replaced without a quibble.
I think they're a good company that always seem to want to know why things are being returned. I'd go for it if I were you. What's to lose?0
