Fencing Posts and Panels

hello

I desperately need to fence in my garden as at present I have a drop of about 6ft at the bottom so it's not at all practical fopr my 1 year old. Does anyone know of any good deals on fencing at the moment?

Depends what you want but i would try your local builders merchant, they tend to be cheaper than the DIY sheds and some even deliver for free.

We also have a drop at the bottom of our garden. Although it wasn't a child-risk issue, we were losing earth as rain washed it down the drop.

We got slotted concrete posts installed and then had concrete gravel boards at the base with wooden panels on the top.

One of the best investments we ever made. The concrete is, of course, maintenance free, and the wooden panels are much less susceptible to rot as they don't rest on the ground.

But, of course, this is a job for the professionals! Check in your local free papers for quotes.
