sent mine off 2 weeks ago, nothing back as yet, and cheque not even cashed...
Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

When you are likely to get it?

They've just changed the system - you can apply by phone now.
I ordered one last Thursday and it arrived on Monday. Shame it was the wrong card type and had to go straight back for replacement!
With the old 'send off the form' system it could take anything up to about 4 weeks. But there's no harm calling them to check they've received your form.0 -
