Do Tesco Express branches offer Click and Collect?

Ordered an item on Tesco Direct > Click and Collect, my local Tesco Express grocery branch was listed. Wonder if it will really work? A surprise to me that such small stores can handle it but good if true.

Our local one doesn't but if yours is listed you may be lucky.

I noticed click & collect poster appear in my local tesco express store last week, (didn't actually read the contents) so maybe they are offering this service in some stores.

I think most if the express stores are offering this service now.

I used it to collect an internet order from a new Tesco express that is over the road from where I work. They were VERY slow in finding it and putting it all through their system but there store had only been open a week so can be forgiven I guess.

Was still more convenient than going to the larger store, finding parking, queuing up etc...

I work for Tesco Express and can confirm some stores do offer Click and Collect. The plan is to have all stores provide this function, but at present not all of them do (more are being added all the time). You can also return 'Click and Collect'ed items to Express store, but generally staffing is a lot less, warehouses are a lot more congested so whilst we are encouraged to be efficient this isn't always possible.

Yes ours does I can now confirm, collected my order from it. They even have a special locked shelved room, must have been designed in when this store was fitted. As you say they do make a bit of a faff extracting the orders.

Was told there's no maximum item size.
