Just wondered as I am hopeless at Twitter, if the number of followers you have on twitter affect your chances of winning?

I don't know for sure, but would not have thought so. Once you start following people, you will soon get followers.0

hi,
I don't think it changes anything. I won a comp on via a website entry once and there were 10 other people and one of them came from their twitter feed. The twitter person had 1 follower but I knew it was a real person as they were on my facebook too so it was a real person and they did win (they won the best prize from us all - an xbox bundle worth £600)
so i wouldn't worry!2011/12: Wii & mario cart £200 lego bundle Samsung Galaxy S3, 2 nights in London with flights, £200 spending money £1000 cash! Spongebob joke teller!

ANother question! When you retweet a comp do you only retweet once or does it not matter if you retweet more than once. I often forget if I have retweet that tweet (only shows you have retweeted if it is that exact tweet). Thanks, often wondered if I am disqualifing myself by doing it more than once!Best wins: Brit Awards & After Show Party Tickets 2012; Samsung Galaxy Note; 32" widescreen TV; £500 National Garden Vouchers; Kindle Fire HD; £100 high-street gift card; Kindle; Diamond Necklace; BAFTA TV Awards Tickets 2015; :beer:0

If they tweet about the competition on more than one occasion, I often retweet each of their posts. The Butlins one for example, I have clicked retweet each time I see them tweet about it. I have won on twitter on more than one occasion, so unless they specifically say to only retweet once, I wouldn't worry about it.0
