Is it added to your account automatically or do you have to add the code yourself?

I can't get past the 'enter these security words' bit - anyone else having a problem?

Yes ...that happened to me...thought I hadnt put the security words in properly but i scrolled further down and the code was there !
  • I think what is happening because of the demand it takes a while for the code to appear after you hit submit. But while you are waiting a new captcha appears and people think they have mistyped it . If you hang on you should get one. If not try your email address again and you might be pleasantly surprised you actually have got one but because you re-submitted the first time you didnt see it then. That is what happedened to me.

Hope that makes sense. Good luck

Same here! Kept typing correct captcha words but just presented with new ones! Repeated this for about five minutes until got message saying all codes gone!:(

    What a con!

did you scroll down under the captcha?? thats where the code presents

Hiya, If you go onto redspottedhanky and go to your account there is a tab on the left for evoucher details. It will then show any vouchers you already have (if you have put in any previous codes) and it says if you have a voucher code please enter it here. I copied the code into the boxes and pressed claim voucher. It then puts it on to your account and shows your remaining balance i.e £10 and when it needs to be used by (31st dec 2012). Hope this helps. :)
