Deconstructed Truffles

I usually make simple truffles with digestive biscuits, condensed milk, melted chocolate and coconut but i'd like to try and make something different with it, like a tray bake.
I'm thinking a layer of biscuits & melted butter, a layer of condensed milk, a layer of chocolate and coconut sprinkled on top.
Would that even work? Would the condensed milk set in the fridge/freezer? And would a layer of set condensed milk even taste nice?? Is there anything i could mix with it?
Any opinions greatly recieved
