Natwest / Triton Loan - complaint

I recently complained over the phone to Natwest about an issue with incorrect balances on a loan administered by Triton. They have responded to me with their 'final response' but I am not happy with it and would like to take the matter to the ombudsman as I have further information to back up my argument.
They have partly upheld my complaint and enclosed a compensation cheque of £100, can I bank this and still go to the ombudsman or should I hold off to see what the ombudsman would have to say?

you could take the £100, but the fos would take this into account and feel its enoughDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
