Breakfast of kings - where do I find recipe from please.....

I know I've seen a website where they did a homemade version of muesli called the breakfast of kings - does anyone know where I can find it please :confused:

    This was a recipe featured in a thrifty menu on the BigBarn website.

    Did anyone decide to use this recipe - or their own version of it? :D
    If so, I'd love to know where you get your supplies from because I can't find anywhere nearly as cheap as the prices mentioned in the BigBarn article. :confused:

    If you have got your own recipe I'd love a copy of that too :o:D

    I remember the article you mention and none of the prices matched anything I can get in the shops round here. Breast of lamb for £1? Dream on!

    If you have a good independent wholefood shop near you, try asking if they will sell you this stuff in bulk at a reduced price. They might not, but there's no harm in asking.

    I thought the prices in that article were a bit 'optimistic' too. May be a scoop and save shop would have good prices.
