Cadbury Crispello Twitter Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to residents of the UK, CI and IOM only aged 16 years and over excluding employees of the Promoter or any other company linked to the competition in any way.

2. By entering the competition you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Entrants can enter the competition once.

3. The competition is open between 12:00pm 4th October 2012 and 12:00pm on 13th October 2012 (“Promotion Period”).

4. To enter: go to the @CadburyUK Twitter page and answer one of the questions posted during the Promotion Period. Purchase is not necessary, however, Internet access and a Twitter account will be required to enter.

5. Winners will be selected by the Promoter for the best answers to the question during/on 4th October – 14th Octover. A further number of winners will be selected at random by the website random.org for the duration of the Promotion Period.

6. There are 50 prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period consisting of small wicker baskets containing 15-20 Cadbury Crispello 30 gram bars.

7. Winners will be notified via an email within 48 hours of the end of the relevant Competition and will then have 7 days to reply to the Promoter with their full name and postal address (in order for delivery of the prize). If a winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter will select another winner from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Prizes will either be delivered by courier or hand delivered by Joyville workers (to be selected at random by the Promoter). The Promoter will email the selected winners in advance of the delivery by the Joyville workers to ensure they are happy with this method and are willing to participate in any photography and filming on the day. If a winner does not wish to receive their prize in this way, the Promoter will send the prize by courier.
