It is a CCA regulated debt ... that is according to their reconstituted agreements. But as yet I havent complained to the FOS, i'll certainly look at this as well, may give them another chance to remove all my data from their systems before though?

Would also be grateful if someone could confirm if this is a CCA regulated debt (phone contract)? If it's not, does this have any implications on Lowell not having to provide the requested information?0
