Self employed training grant

Hi,

I am self employed (operating through my own limit company) and I was wondering if there are grants available that would help me complete some training courses to help improve my current skill set.

If anyone has any information or sources of information, I'd greatly appriciate it.

Contact your local FE College and ask if they have ESF Workplace Learning funding. It was originally only for people employed with a PAYE contract but this has changed to now include Self Employed and Volunteers. It can pay for a very wide range of training, depending on your circumstances such as prior qualifications etc. Depending on whereabouts you are I may be able to point you in the right direction.
