Yep - I echo IA's advice - get your SOA on line and the help will come pouring in. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

As you have some spare income each month, I think that you would be best to talk to CCCS or Payplan, they will give you good advice.0

Hi have you heard from any of them recently. and i so who. Are there any charges you could claim back. I guess there might be. You really do need to check your credit report as I A says. Welcom to MSE. You will get loads of advice from everyone on here. Do you know if any have been passed to debt collection agencies. If so can you let us know who they are and when you heard from them. We will be able to see what stage you are at with everything. Then you can prioritise the debts.Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:
