I've spent £76 but it was from the shopping budget, so it doesn't really count. And the freezer/fridge/cupboards are now so full we should hardly need anything except fresh fruit/veg/bread/milk for the rest of the month!

Happy Easter Bank Holiday everyone xxx

Hi, I've been reading for a while but just joined up - very inspired by you lot! Basically have recently got myself sorted to start paying off my debts but have realised that I'm pretty careless with what I've got 'spare' after bills/debts and keep getting to a week (or two) before payday and struggling so trying to be much more careful - and maybe get those debts paid a bit faster in the process.

Anyway... today I spent 2.23, all in Tesco, bit of an odd combination...
Vinegar (for cleaning purposes) 0.68 (big bottle, reduced)
    Bananas 0.80
Tin of chick peas 0.28 (12p cheaper in Indian food section than in main bit)
Mint sauce 0.08 (impulse buy cos it was reduced and I love the stuff!)
    Broccoli 0.39

7.70 left in my purse which I'm trying to make last until Friday.
Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012.
