Birthday venue - manor house?

Hoping someone with some local knowledge could help me? i amlooking for a venue for my 40th birthday within 1 hours drive of Belfast-for myself and 14-20 guests. I would love to hire a manor house or something alongthose lines and maybe do a murder mystery or Victorian fancy dress. Any I havecame across on line seem to just do B&B at £75pp+ per guest and I don’t wantto ask my friends and family to spend this much and if its within travelling distance to Belfast B&B wouldbe unnecessary
