  1. Commences 01/09/2012 and closing date for receipt of entries is midnight 07/04/2013.
  2. To enter, consumers must visit https://www.merchant-gourmet.com/competition and fill out the entry form in full. One entry per person. No bulk entries. No entries will be accepted from consumer groups or third parties or those automatically generated.
  3. The prize is either a two night or three night stay for either two adults and two children (aged 11 years or under) or 2 adults only to Berlin, Germany staying at 4* hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. Prize is based on two adults and two children sharing one standard family room or two adults sharing a standard double or twin room. Prize includes return flights from London to Berlin, travel insurance and return airport transfers.
  4. Prize is valid for travel in November and December 2013 (excluding public holidays) and must be redeemed by Monday the 23rd December 2013. It is the responsibility of the winner and party to cover other costs such as spending money, meals and to ensure that they have all necessary passports, visas and compliance with all travel and health requirements. Prize must be booked via the Promoter’s appointed travel agent. A minimum of four weeks’ notice is required for bookings, which once made cannot be altered.
