Hi All
I'm A Homeowner With No Mortgage And In The Process In Trying To Buying Another House
Unfortunately I Haven't Sold My Own Home Yet And Don't Want To Loose The Other House
So I Need A Some Kind Of Bridging Loan With The Lowest Interest Rate Possible To Buy The House

(please Can Anybody Help)

Why not just get an ordinary no frills no penalty for early closure mortgage on your new property.
(I 'm assuming you have an income to sustain repayments - you could even make it interest only to reduce your monthly outgoings.)

To be able to advise you, we need to understand the following:


1) What incomes are you on?
2) What is the new property value
