TUPE unreasonable change to pay conditions

Hi

The coompany I work for has just lost the contract I work on to a competitor.

My current salary is paid monthly on the last day of the month. For example. I get paid all of Spetembers salary on 28th , All of Octobers on 31st and so on.

The current company ends its contract on Nov 13th and we will be moved under TUPE to the new company from 14th.

The new company has a cut off date for pay of 15th each month.

They have informed us that on 30th Novemeber they will only pay us for 14th and 15th. The old company will pay us up to 13th.

They are also to change us from salaried to hourly pay. Currently we are salaried and working shifts hourly pay will not work. Looking at the calander my monthly hours will bounce between 120 and 190 in different months.

Does anyone know if they can do this?
