Yes he needs to send the Statement of Account. This lists the outstanding invoices with the amounts due and a date by which they must be paid.
If payment is not received by then then you need to send a final demand again with say a week to pay and finally a letter before action stating that if cleared funds are not in his account within 5 working days then he will take action to recover the money via County Court.0 -

Thankyou I really appreciate your advice. We will do as you suggest and hope he pays up before this reaches the court stage

The company has now paid up .... guess the threat of small claims shook them up a bit. Thanks again for all your advice :beer:0 -
