Normally say at an agency you sign a form to say they can contact previous empployers about you and when you also get offered a job they get their own reference. What they ask about you is up to them and they can ask anything they like. Attendace, performance, attitude etc
As long as they dont like and say oh yeah she had 50 days off sick when you haven't then I don't see the issue.0 -
...I haven't hidden anything from anyone. I have nothing to hide anywhere lol. I was just wondering what the "rules" are...*shrug* My employers gave me really lovely references. I've been working there for 5 years and have never had issues with anyone, except one manager (which he has been given a final written warning - because he treats EVERYONE this way, not just me).
