IPOQ and obligations after discharge

A couple of questions ..

How long (approx) do you think ED might be after returning an IPOQ form?

Also I've just read this when reading about the discharge process

The bankrupt is discharged on the date that form EDNOT is filed by the court (i.e. the date on the court seal). The date of the bankrupt's discharge must be entered onto LOIS screen 25 as soon as the official receiver receives form EDNOT endorsed by the court.
The form EDNOT refers to the bankrupt's continuing obligation under section 333(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986. Post discharge the bankrupt still has a duty under section 333(1) to give the official receiver or insolvency practitioner trustee information as to his affairs.

What information as to our affairs do we need to give the official receiver after our discharge? I'd thought after discharge that was the end unless there is an IPA/IPO and/or there were any PPI payments that belong to the OR.

I will quote from what Debtinfo told me when I had the same question

just wante dto put a slight Caveat in there, in that you are still responsible to report to the OR about any pre or during bankruptcy items that could (but probably wont) come up, so for instance in some cases there may be assets like properties that are still being dealt with and may continue to exist for some years yet, other things like PPI claims, maybe a long lost uncle died and left money to you but you dont know about it yet etc etc etc

Anything like that you still have a duty to co-operate with the OR and always will do.

But in reality probably none of those things will come up so enjoy your freedom :-)

In regards to how long ED process takes it varies, I sent my IPOQ back in January and received ED in March.

I've tried to find an IPOQ form to have a look at, is there one online to view?

I don't think there will be one online as it will be specifically for the bankrupt.

The questions on my IPOQ:

Part 1- Your Dependants

Part 2- Your Employment

Part 3- Income

Part 4- Outgoings

That was it.
