Cheap but decent Car Panel Respray Belfast

Options
Hi all, some kind individual decided to carve the f-word on the passenger side panel of my ford focus. I was advised by a local car accessory retailer that touch up paint would not work and the panel would have to be resprayed. Can anyone reccomend a good spot which will do a good job without taking the proverbial.

Much appreciated

Con

There are guys down the side of the Empire on Botanic avenue who are pretty good. They have a handwritten sign and it looks a bit like a cowboy job but they've done decent and cheap respray work for me. They are open Sundays too. Worth a try if you're anyway local. Sorry have no idea what they're called though.
  • Would recommend JW Repair, Loopland Park, Castlereagh Road. First class job.
  • Thanks folks, two leads to chase down now.

Thumbs up from me as well for J&W - used them four times now and always a top notch job, I travelled from Ballymena to use them the last two times as their quote was less than half that of the "recommended" bodyshop for my car in Ballymena!

Just to give you an idea of price, respray of one door and a quarter panel on a mini in august was £250+ vat. I think one door was about £150

Some people don't understand why a quality paint job can seem expensive

Quality paint is not cheap. Also the better the car is prepared prior to painting, the more skilled labour man-hours are required
