Sofa Repair (Belfast and surrounding areas)

Hey folks,
I have a faux leather sofa with damage to the vinyl, and a broken spring. Anybody know of anyone local who repairs these? Don't really want to fork out for a new one as it belongs to the landlord in a rented property.
Did do a Google search but the two companies I contacted either didn't reply, or have since gone out of business.
