I am having real problems with Arrow Global.

I checked my Equifax record back in July and found that Arrow Global had registered a debt against me. The debt of £222 was bought by them off Lloyds TSB in 2007. It was statue barred back in 2010 but arrow global didnt register it until 2007.

I complained to Equifax who reported my claim to Arrow global who said that they would investigate. Arrow Global asked me to telephone them or send in a recent utility bill to verify who I was. From reading the advice on this site I have not telephoned them or sent in a bill. I wrote to them and told them that my details have already been verified by Equifax.
I have sent them 2 recorded letters and got no reply. I then emailed them and then told them that they had not replied to my letters. They emailed me back saying that they had not recieved them. I have then sent them the details of the recorded delivery and signed proof but have recieved no reply back.
I have emailed all the links that are on this website to complain to Arrow Global.
I plan to complain next to the Information Commissioner.
What else can I do ??

    Complain via the ICO and FOS. Make sure you do the FOS as well, as the FOS will charge Arrow £500 for the pleasure.

    I have just spoken to the Financial Ombudsman Service. They took my complaint over the phone and were very helpful. They are going to persue my complaint and confirm there is a £500 investigation charge to Arrow Global.

    Well Impressed.
  • How did you get on with the FOS?

    I have the exact same problem an have emailed my complaint to to FOS with a very detailed account.


    I've sent a CCA request in Sept to Arrow with no reply.


    2 credit agencies refuse to do anything about the DOA being breaches with incorrect default date and just refer me back to Arrow.


    I thought it was funny how Arrow also lied to equifax telling them they'd sent me 2 letter in reply to my CCA, second being one saving they hadn't forgotten about my request! Ha like they'd do that..


    Still no answer from Arrow
