Hi all i'm new to this web site and forum so a big HELLO i'm in the process of claiming for miss sold ppi on 2 loans 1 morgage and 1 credit card all from the same bank. do i claim for each item separately or all together on 1 claim form
i was also miss sold ppi on a car finance who's credit company is based in belfast, not too sure who to contact on this matter any advice would be warmly welcome many thanks ironbrian666:beer:

Hi and welcome

For each policy I would complete the complaint separately, but with the loans, as long as you have the same reasons for being mis sold, you can make the complaint on the same reclaim complaint questionnaire, just remember to enclose all account numbers that apply.

You can continue to make a reclaim without requesting for the agreements, it will help to still have the account numbers, complaint form below link, remember to keep copies, good luck.;)

In regards of the car finance, you pursue the dealer for that one.:)
