Where to go for a 3/4 Night New Years Eve Break

Hello. I am wanting to go away somewhere with my wife and 6 year old girl for New Years Eve. I have looked all over and really cant find anywhere at all. We are really looking for something that is family friendly, and could be in the UK, or even further away.
Any ideas would be good. We have done Lapland and Disneyland Paris, for new year and loved them, but fancy somewhere different.
Thanks for your help.
