How do you enter comps?

Hi guys. I was just wondering if you all just click on the link in the comp posts to enter a competition or if you drag the link to a new window?

I love comping but don't seem to be having any luck at all lately. I always just click on the link and thought if maybe the website could see where I got to them from then this could affect me negatively.

Prob sound a bit stupid as I know its down to the luck of the draw but just wanted to know a few opinions on this

I click the link & have fairly steady wins - I think that although it is possible to see where entries originate m0st companies don't either care, bother or know how to do it.

Occasionally I will go to the home page first if there's something I want to check
