Dispute at work

Hi,
I am hoping someone will be able to help me....
I have been employed within my current position for around 6 years now and never had a problem. This all changed recently when we were given more staff in our department. My part time hours were questioned and eventually changed at ( or at least thats how it seems )the new full time staff members requested. This caused issues within the team and a lot of upset. Which led to us all having an INFORMAL meeting firstly on a individual basis with my bosses and then a group informal meeting with the bosses and my colleagues. I did not expect what happened next.... From the informal meeting I (we all ) was issued with a letter with the findings of this meeting...... I was labeled more or less as being verbally aggressive and as needing to be restrained by a colleague. This was deeply upsetting and completely untrue. On receiving the letter which stated these awful lies And much more I responded in writting asking for the minutes of the meeting and a full explanation of the letter which I received. As I disputed almost all of the facts given within the letter. This was 11 weeks ago I still haven't received any correspondence with reguards this and I don't know what to do.... Any advice would be greatly received
