• THE COMPETITION CLOSES ON 15 October 2012 at 11.59PM.
• The Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• The prize is for one winner and their chosen guest.
• Either the winner or the guest must be over 21 and hold a valid driving licence to be eligible to claim the prize.
• For international car hire, the driver of the hire car must be 21 years of age on date of travel and hold a valid driving licence.
• The winner or the guest is expected to be the driver.
• Accommodation is based on two adults sharing a double or twin room.
• Specified accommodation, restaurants and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Equivalent alternatives will be offered.
• One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries after this time and will be contacted by email by Channel 4. If you do not claim your prize within one week, we may select an alternative winner.
• Multiple entries will be counted as one.
• Individual supplier terms & conditions apply.
• Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed.
• All flights are non-changeable & non-transferable.
• Once the booking is confirmed name or date changes may not be possible but where they are possible they will incur an administration charge of £25 per change.
• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, new year, valentine’s day, school holidays, award ceremonies or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country.
• Winners will be required to complete a winner information form and to submit copies of their passports.
• Winner’s requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel after completion of their winner form.
• Prize must be taken before 30 September 2013.
• Prizes are not transferable.
• All winners and guests must have a full passport, valid for at least six months on the date of travel.
• Winners must have access to a personal email account on the internet.
• Please note, if the prize includes a hotel stay, winners will need a credit/ debit card in order to check-in, for incidentals.
• Travel insurance will be supplied to the winner and their guest under the age of 60 before departure and with no pre-existing medical conditions. For winners over the age of 60 or winners with pre-existing medical conditions an allowance of £25 per person will be supplied towards the cost of purchasing travel insurance.-transferable and non-refundable.
