The offer is no longer available but it might be worth contacting them and ask for a sample?
You can buy spikeys in both Tescos and Sainsburys, and you can get them on ebay for a reasonable price too. They are a little rubber stopper that goes into the tops of bottles with enough room for a straw and thats it. They are very very reasonable and I always take them out with me on a night out. If this is what you drink then I cant recommend them highly enough. You're so very special, I wish I was special :dance:0 -
sounds like you should avoid certain bars if you're worried. your safety is more important than cheap drinksThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Most bars have the bottle caps (with a hole for the straw). At the bar where i used to work we kept them under the till area and freely gave them out when ever we was asked. The suppliers used to send them with the stocks so there was always plenty to go round.
Anyway hope your ok, I know it isnt a very nice thing to go through and it isnt always in tacky clubs where it happeans (i was in a well to do club and it hapeaned).0 -
I know someone who was spiked and had a terrible experience, ........curses to all drink spikers.......not funny at all, she was assaulted and no one was ever caught for it. I sincerely hope you're ok maroonjelly. She was in a very respectable establishment when it happened. This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man. Are spikers not resorting to liquid drugs now. On Dragons Den I'm sure I saw a guy trying to make an invention to stop liquid going in.If I had words to make a day for you,
I'd sing you a morning golden and new.
I would make this day last for all time,
Give you a night deep with moonshine.0 -
See that reason alone is why I NEVER sit with anyone I don't know, and why I always keep my drink beside me.0

If not bars and clubs should provied them, a lot i go to do now.
