Ideas for sardines?

I have recently rediscovered a childhood favourite of sardines on toast. Can't believe I haven't eaten them for about 20years. Toady for lunch I had sardines (in oil) with salad on a bagel and it was yum!

Does anyone have any ideas/tips for tinned sardines, they are nice and cheap and I could eat them all day long

I like to have sardines mashed with tomato ketchup on toast - then grilled until piping hot!
