Morgage Advice By Email/Online

Hi Everyone.

Quick overview, I am a FTB looking to exercise a RTB application. The value of the property is £87500, the discount is £27000 making the discounted price £61500, however I would like £5k extra for home improvements. Total loan amount, £66500.

I have been to see a local FA, who has offered the following:

Abbey National F350C
25 Year Term
5.19 Fixed for 26 Months, 7.34 Thereafter.
Arrangement Fee: £995
Monthly repayment: £402.10

Apparently, Halifax was coming up marginally cheaper, but due to restrictions in place with the extra £5k (apparently they come and inspect before improvement work and after improvement work) I chose that the £5 extra per month was worth it for the less hassle.

Anyway, I want to take the advice of this forum and seek another advisor for comparison, however - due to work commitments Ifind it difficult to get time off to physically go to see another.

I was wondering if anyone knows of an online advisor? e.g. deal by email etc? Telephone not really an option in work and I much prefer email/online contact (bit of a techie really)

Thanks in advance
Mark

Loads of advisers work in this manner, in this day and age its the most cost effective and efficient way to do business if you ask me

Unfortunately we are not allowed to recommend ourselves or othr brokers on here its against the rules, but for info the deal your mortgage broker has offered you is a good one

Hi Mamma, Cheers for the reply.

It is good to know that it is a good rate. Would you still advise looking for an online advisor or am I unlikely to beat it?
