I finally sat down and added it all up whilst filling out my IVA paperwork.......£62K!!!
Majority of it is joint debt with my ex husband after he walked out on me at 8months pregnant and refused to pay anything towards mortgage and loans etc. To cut a long story short, I couldn't afford it all on my own so left the house to move back closer to family and it got repossessed.
Anyway, I'm 4 years on and fed up of this hanging over my head. So IVA is the way forward for me and my creditors meeting is this coming Weds and hopefully my answer to being debt free in 2017!!!
