Tesco Cutlery Different Prices

Hi Everyone,

So after collecting the tokens for 85% off cutlery at Tesco, I went to purchase some from Tesco Direct online, the quoted price on the website and in store for the place setting (four pieces) is £4.99. Add it to your basked and it says £34.99, but you enter the coupon at the end. Upon entering the coupon, the price goes down to £5.25, 26p too much!

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I also have a £10 voucher for spends over £50, unfortunately when I tried to use it it said is was assigned to another account and wouldn't let me redeem it. Only ways of contacting Tesco are by phone or post, no email address is given! :mad:

I am a frequent and regular shopper at Tesco and have been collecting tokens for the Alessi cutlery. I am surprised to see that you value the 3 piece dessert cutlery set at £29.99. Did you know it is available to buy in various stores on Amazon for only £8.59? It seems they are misleading the public by advertising the RRP is £29.99. I cannot find this set of cutlery anywhere else at this price. The saving is advertised at 85% but this is misleading customers.
