Hello all
I recently gained the Cefa and Cemap qualifications but have no relevant experience in the field. I would appreciate any advice on what to do next.
Ideally I would like to be self employed and work part time but that may be unrealistic, having read some of the similar posts on here.
Also, are there any other similar areas of finance that are more suited to the wannabe sole trader?
Thanks for your help.

It might have been better to post this on the mortgage board?
If you want to work self-employed in mortgage advise you need to have Competent Adviser Status first.
I got my CeMap 2 & 3 last week.0
