I rarely bother with Tesco now as I don't believe their offers to be genuine, but just a ploy to get you on to their site, they are not customer focused at all.

Quite a few customers just receiving their email cancellations over on HUKD now. Its absolutely disgraceful that an outfit like Tescos have an antiquated computer system that cannot subtract with the technology available out there. I feel for those who are disappointed. Sally

UPDATE: I've been told mine is on the van on the way to the store for pick up after 4pm .............................. we'll see (fingers crossed), but feared another cancellation from another Tesco "mis-price".
Hope at least some get one.

It doesn't look like I will. I have heard nothing at all since the initial email after placing the order.

The price has definitely been debited from my account, I am waiting for it to show up on my online statement tomorrow, and I have received 139 Tesco clubcard points.

I was passing the store earlier on the way home so I went in and was told "No, it isnt here...... Maybe tomorrow...... Or the next day......"

To be honest, I didn't think I would get it, although I thought it would be because of a misprice as opposed to not enough stock to go around.

What annoys me is the total lack of communication though.

Just checked my account and it is still showing as "created" at 8.31pm, four and a half hours after I was told it would be in store!

Hope for you no news is good news and you get it eventually. Have my fingers crossed for you. Can't check CC account as it is in OHs name but have told him he must check by end of week to make sure refund has gone through. Think is very wrong to take money straight away and not on dispatch. Although I don't understand how these systems work.

Got mine today and the burgundy colour is very nice, I was expecting it to be redder.
The one they sent out is the C60 model and not the C50.
