Ah yes that makes sense, but how could you claim JSA if your working somewhere for free? Surly then that makes you unable to get a paying job?
You can do it a slong as your either prepared to give up volunteering or as WantToBeSE says as long as it doesn't interfere then it will be fine.0 -
All job vacancies nowadays require you to already be employed before they will consider you. Being unemployed automatically disqualifies you from any employment.100% of them have something like the following.
* 3 years experience developing websites using HTML, CSS, ASP.NET and C#0 -

Now, it would be safe to say that if you've done a computer science degree you should have experience in some of those areas.All applicants must be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge of developing object orientated software within the Microsoft .NET Framework. Knowledge of VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, XML, or webservices would be advantageous.
Of course IT jobs want some experience. IT is all about being able to teach yourself and gain your own experience.0
