This does happen occasionally and the Examiner in charge of your case is entitled to set any limit they see fit for the particular circumstances of the individual case. In the absence of any particular direction from the examiner the fall back position is that any change should be notifiedHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
