Allergy help

I saw a doctor earlier and he said I need to stop anything that has changed recently. I've been trying to be healthier and quite a lot has changed.
I've swapped milk to soya and then to lacto free milk, I've tried to stop drinking coffee so switched to herbal teas, I'm working somewhere new, newish suite, cut down on drinking and changed deodorants and they are just the things I am aware of.

I don't really know where to start and don't want to swap back to being unhealthy!
Has anyone else had to cut things out, are there any main culprits? I am allergic to dust mites, pollen, dogs and cats but I don't usually feel like I have done for the last two weeks! The tablets the doctor gave me Thursday has completely fixed my breathing, it's the best it has been for absolutely ages, I just feel like I'm being strangled :o

Was it an asthma type reaction to something or did you have other symptoms like a tummy upset as well? I have celiac disease where I can't tolerate gluten and it took me four years to find out what was wrong with me. The docs blamed everything from my age to my imagination!

The difficult thing is to narrow it down if you have been making lots of changes in your life. But good for you for trying to be healthier. Just think of it as a minor setback until you figure it out. It took me ages to realise that sugar free chewing gum has gluten in it...I thought of everything but that to be honest LOL

Perhaps if you think about your daily routine to see what you come into contact with that you react to....or keep a food diary in case its something you are eating or drinking. My allergies affect my breathing as well.
