Orange SPV-C500 on PAYG

I have been looking at getting an Orange SPV on PAYG. The Orange shop (not online) does them for £150. I'm sure I've seen them cheaper online, however I can't remember where, and the normal 'best deal' sites (pricerunner) aren't finding much.

Does anyone know where the deals might be?

try http://www.smesolutions.co.uk/modaco/c500.htm although they are out of stock at the moment, and modaco is a excelent site with lots of info on the smart phone (im a E200 owner, though waiting for the new c550 which has a bigger screen)

£12.50 per month for a years contract seems awesome value on Orange, especially with 120 free minutes a month thrown in.

If you take in an old phone you can get another £10 off. that makes it £139.95. I didn't know there was going to be 550 maybe that's why the 500 is getting cheaper.

Saw somewere it was due june 05 but knowing orange it will be at least a month late!

I dropped into an orange shop today to buy one of these. If you take in an old phone you will get the spv c500 for £129-95. That's £20 off, as long as you take in an old phone that switches on. It does not have to work just switch on. so I said I would come back with an old phone hope I can find one, or I will be looking for one at the boot fair sunday. they will not let me have a silver one as they are for contract customers only. and the black only for P.A.Y.G.

You can get the Silver SPV C500S from the Orange website now. It is available on both PAYG and normal contracts from the website.

sorry but the silver is not available on PAYG and they are only available PAYG instore

The Silver one is only available on an Orange Premier contract, which from memory start at £55 a month. I have a black one myself which I've had since August last year and love it to bits. Looking forward to the C550 which hopefully will be around in time for my yearly upgrade .
