Amazon deals by email

Hey, found a site that may be of interest to bargain hunters. If you use Amazon a lot you'll know that prices fluctuate all the time - I've seen a Wii controller that normally sells for £14.99 drop to £11.99 at Amazon for no apparent reason then shoot back up again later that day.
Anyway, the site lets you set up email alerts so that you know when the price drops on the product you want,so you can get in there first and get it before the price goes back up.

Which category should it be under?
Hmm, does look a little suspicious when you put it like that - I was quite pleased I had something new to tell people about in my first post!0 -
Hi, well if it's not your site you are plugging then welcome to mse and yes it does look like a useful site. There has been a problem with people spamming the forum with links to their own site so hence the suspicion."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."

Looks ok to me, I see by using a 'who is' site that you haven't had it going long have you.0

Hi folks,
Came across your excellent site in my access logs for PriceAlerter.co.uk - just had to chip in when I saw cb2005 being accused of promoting my site! Thanks for the link!
simate - the site is new, yes. Only been up a couple of days, so it's interesting to see comments like those above.
Anyway, happy bargain hunting to you all.
Best,
Matt0 -
Good luck with the site

Well, that's a healthy dose of sceptiscism! The site was only launched a few days ago, so I'm checking the logs every day, eagerly awaiting the moment when the site takes off. Sadly, this has not happened and the link from this forum stands out as the solitary source of traffic to the site, thanks to cb2005 (who's probably scared to post here ever again, given the reception!).

If the site is not listed anywhere and is not yet indexed by any search engines how did cb2005 find out about it?"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
