AMAZING offer. Friend wanted me to check it out for her and couldn't believe what a bargain it was. An amzing piece of kit for the money.
Even includes a lie flat car seat which is also used as a carrycot.
If you're looking for a rear/forward facing pushchair with lie flat car seat you wont find many at this price.

really? I had to double check it wasn't a typo, nearly fainted at that!
Do pushchairs really cost that much? We only ever bought second hand ones! Now I know why!June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500

Really? can you point me to other new travel systems with rear/forward facing seat systems with a proper lie flat car seat?
Want my friend to make the best choice possible and whilst I agree the RRP is inflated, the offer price I don't think can be matched for the kit, the high Jane brand and the features of the system.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

My kids grew up without rear/forward facing seat systems with a proper lie flat car seat and they appear to have managed just fine.

As did mine, but the world has moved on.
I'd have loved to have had a travel system where my newborn wasn't hunched up in their car seat for long periods - not good for their oxygen saturation, but a 3 hour drive to the relatives is what we had - if baby had been in a lie flat car seat for those hours I'd have been happier, but they weren't invented back then.
I'd also have loved a rear facing pushchair seat as it meant my back would have been saved hours of pain from constant bending over to talk to my littlies.
Most parents want the very best for their newborn that their budget can afford and these newer pram features are certainly things that I would want in a new pram were I in the market for one. Thankfully, I'm not!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

I previously had a Jane slalom pro pushchair and matrix cup system. I would definitely recommend it. And compared to others its expensive, but you get so much use out of it as baby is comfortable in it. And most importantly very light and easy to manover. The matrix lie flat car seat is so comfortable for baby as the baby is held in by a very wide belly/torso strap, which makes handling the car seat easier. Both my daughters hated a moses basket, much preferred the matrix cup!!

PS very good price for a Jane system0 -
I had a Jane Travel system and would highly recommend this brand, I had a tandem double similar to the current Slalom all terrain range.
They are excellent quality and so easy to manoeuvre, we used to visit the park a lot and could very easily push this pushchair loaded with both children, bags etc across the grass with one hand a very little effort - anyone tried doing this with a regular stroller would no how difficult this can be!0 -
I had a Powertrack 360 and they are fabulous travel systems. Seeing the price of this makes me want to give mine a clean and stick it on eBay. Ouch. I paid around £500 to include cosy toes and rain covers for mine and the only issue I ever had was the front wheel needed to be folded in so the pushchair bit fit into my car boot. It's huge and needs a good sized boot so if people are looking at a Jane try one in your car before you buy one.0

Tbh, this does seem like a good price for what you get and for the quality. We paid £500 back in 2008 for a similar package ( but a diff brand) from Kiddicare ( who are usually hard to beat on price) so this does seem like a steal really.
Edit - I wouldn't personally buy a travel system though without 1. Trying the car seat in the car ( not all car seats fit all cars correctly) and 2. Trying the pushchair etc out for myself. We went round kiddicare and tried loads out before finding one we liked.0 -
Would also recommend, we had the Jane Powertrack 360 with the matrix car seat/lie flat and it was brilliant. This was 8 years ago. We did various trips to the very south of Ireland when my daughter was less than 6 months old and it was fantastic for long journeys.
In fact just got it all down out the loft this week, washed it all and a friend is going to use it for her baby due at Christmas- it looks like new and all that needs doing is the wheels pumped up!
